According to TMZ, the divorce judgment gives Millie sole ownership of both properties. One property is in the San Juan area and has an assigned value of $3.5M. The other is at Bahia Beach Resort, Rio Grande and is worth $10 million. Under the agreement, Oscar had no rights to either of the properties.
The new court filing does not change the former couple’s divorce deal. Puerto Rico requires a certified court order to complete the property transfers. The filing now clears the way for those transfers to happen. All other conditions of the settlement are kept confidential.
The outlet previously reported that Oscar and Millie settled their divorce in 2025. They separated in 2016, but Oscar did not file for divorce until January 2023. They did not disclose any other settlement details. The former couple kept the remaining terms private as they moved forward separately after more than two decades together.
Oscar and Millie first met in 2000 and later fell in love. In October 2001, they got married and had 3 children. The couple shares one son and two daughters. They were married for over 20 years before they divorced.
Oscar now appears happier with Holly Sonders, according to the reference report. The former boxing champion met Sonders at a boxing event where she worked in 2021. The pair have been together ever since. Meanwhile, Millie now holds full ownership of the two Puerto Rico properties under the divorce agreement.
