Meghan Markle and Prince Harry returned to the UK on a private jet because of their dogs. A source told Page Six that the Sussex pair paid $120K per hour solely for their pets. They boarded the 10-hour flight, which consisted of comfortable seating for around 13 passengers. According to the outlet, they opted to charter a private plane through the global private aviation company Planet 9.
The luxury jet included five beds, two bathrooms, and storage for a maximum of 15 medium-sized suitcases. Harry and Markle reportedly flew royal for their family dogs — Pula, a black Labrador Retriever, and Mia, a beagle. Only the furry pets accompanied the couple from their Montecito estate.
Meanwhile, the Sussexes landed in England on August 26. This time, they didn’t come to visit but to stay. After six years, the family of four has returned to Harry’s homeland. They left in 2020 when the couple stepped down as working royals. However, at that time, Lilibet was not born.
The news reportedly came as a shock because the couple had reportedly vowed never to return to royal life. It was reported that Harry and Meghan would still be non-working royals, meaning they would live as private citizens. Furthermore, they would continue to use the Sussexes title. Allegedly, they have relocated outside London, and their kids will start their respective schools in September.
