TMZ recently reported that the hairstylist faces accusations of grooming girls to make them look as young as possible for his friend Jeffrey Epstein. According to court documents, seven different alleged victims claimed that the billionaire sent them to Frédéric Fekkai’s salon and dictated the visits.
As per the docs, “Fekkai groomed the victims to look as young as possible under Epstein’s direction.”
“Epstein would direct Fekkai to bleach victims blond and groomed them like dolls into Epstein’s and other’s liking,” docs added.

Thomas also said that he had started receiving signatures for the petition to force a vote on the Epstein Files Transparency Act II.
For context, the plaintiffs are pursuing Fekkai over allegations that he violated the Gender-Motivated Violence Act. They are also seeking damages from the court, although the exact amount has not been specified.
Talking about the connection between Jeffrey Epstein and Frédéric Fekkai, according to reports, logs from the billionaire’s private plane, which the media called the “Lolita Express,” show that the celebrity hairstylist traveled on it at least twice, in 2000 and 2002. Reports also said that Ghislaine Maxwell and French model scout Jean-Luc Brunel accompanied them during those trips.
