According to Closer, Meghan Markle has found it difficult to settle back into life in the UK after leaving the country with Prince Harry in 2020. The report claimed the Duchess of Sussex has struggled during the family’s first week back.

An insider alleged that the move has become a source of concern for those closest to the couple. “Those close to the couple are concerned and worry that this could be the worst move Harry has ever made,” they said.

The source claimed Harry remains committed to the relocation because he wants Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet to grow up closer to their extended family. The insider also alleged that Meghan has found the adjustment harder than expected. “This isn’t a fairy tale, it’s real life. Meghan’s already got her back up. But Harry wants this.”

According to the report, the Sussexes recently arrived in Britain with their two children and their dogs, Mia and Pula. They are reportedly staying at a private, non-royal residence in the Cotswolds during their extended stay. Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, are also expected to begin school in the UK.

The insider further claimed that relocating an entire family can place significant pressure on any relationship. “This is a terribly tense time,” they said. The source added that the move could become a major test for the couple if Meghan ultimately decides she is unable to adapt to life in Britain.

Neither Meghan Markle nor Prince Harry has publicly addressed the claims in the report. The couple has also not commented on how they are adjusting following their reported return to the UK.
