Sources claim Meghan Markle is struggling to find household staff in England
Meghan Markle’s return to the U.K. is facing difficulties as she is struggling to find household employees in England. According to Rob Shuter‘s Substack Naughty But Nice, Markle’s work style is making it difficult for her to hire staff. A source said, “Meghan runs things like a California CEO — emails at dawn, instant answers, and everything treated like an emergency. That might impress people in Hollywood. In a traditional British household, it can send excellent staff running for the door.”
Sources alleged that the Duchess of Sussex is following an American-style approach to work, while staff in Britain are accustomed to a different working style.
An insider added, “That’s what is so extraordinary — she learned nothing from last time. She had major staff problems before leaving Britain, yet she’s returned expecting Britain to change rather than changing how she operates.”
Disputed allegations about Markle’s previous staff interviews are reportedly resurfacing. The applicants were allegedly expected to remain silent while Meghan reviewed their résumés. However, Markle’s team denied the allegations.
A source said, “Britain’s best people don’t need Meghan Markle. They have options, they compare notes, and they remember reputations.
