In fact, the Prince of Wales reportedly “loves” his wife’s adventurous hobby, even though he previously found it “crazy.”

Prince William recently spoke about his newfound love and appreciation for cold swimming, a hobby cherished by his wife, Kate Middleton.
As reported by the Daily Mail, William told members of the Colwyn Bay Blue Tits, a swimming group, that he has tried chilly dipping in Scotland. Reflecting on his experience, the future king said, “You feel great afterwards.” The Prince of Wales continued, “I love it. I do a lot of yelling and screaming when I get in.”
This came as a charming and cute little surprise to many, as during a 2023 interview, the Princess of Wales revealed that her husband had once described her love for cold swimming as “crazy.”
Middleton appeared on Mike Tindall’s “The Good, The Bad & The Rugby” podcast and revealed that she “genuinely loves all sports.” She continued, “Personally, I love swimming wherever I can.” But it’s not her love for swimming that astonished the fans; it was something else.
Apparently, the princess loves to swim in cold water. She revealed, “Cold swimming – the colder, the better. I absolutely love it.” In fact, she is so much into it that she doesn’t even mind if it’s dark or rainy outside, much to her husband’s astonishment.
Even though she loves the thrill that cold swimming brings her, her husband once found the hobby quite “crazy.” However, it seems the prince has now started enjoying cold swimming as well, supporting his wife in every way he can.
