“Jen celebrated Thanksgiving with Jim and her usual friend group. They always get together and cook, play games and have the best time,” the insider reveals. “Jim fits right in with her friends. Everything in her life has come together, and she’s excited about it.” According to the source, she’s embracing this new phase with ease. “Jen feels confident with Jim,” the insider says. “She’s comfortable letting the public see a bit more of a relationship that feels truly grown-up and good. She knows people have always rooted for her to find love, and now that she is in a happy place, she wants to share that.”
Just days after Thanksgiving, the couple were photographed in New York City on Saturday, Nov. 29, leaving Cafe Cluny in the West Village after brunch. They sat by the window, and a source who saw them said they “looked very happy” throughout the meal. Their brunch date followed Aniston’s official hard launch earlier this month. After first being spotted together on a yacht in July with friends Jason Bateman and Amanda Anka, she brought Curtis as her date to the Elle Women in Hollywood gala, their first public appearance as a couple.
During her interview for the event, Aniston spoke fondly of Curtis. “Hypnotism is one of the many things he does,” she said. “He helps so many people. He’s very special, very normal, very kind, and he wants to help people heal, move through their trauma and stagnation toward clarity.”
