Elon Musk Makes Shocking Prediction About Donald Trump in the White House

Americans could be in for a longer time with Donald Trump in power (or influencing it) than anticipated. That’s what Elon Musk seems to believe. The billionaire entrepreneur has a bold take on what we can expect in the United States for the foreseeable future.

Last year, Donald won a second term in office, defeating Kamala Harris to regain the White House. He’d lost his bid for re-election in 2020 to the Joe Biden and Kamala ticket.

Donald Trump has often teased running for an unconstitutional third term as POTUS

His final term in office is set to expire in 2028, but that might not be the last we see the real estate mogul in the Oval Office. Speaking virtually at a private gathering Elon told audiences the United States is entering a “great 12-year span.”

The world’s wealthiest person went on to outline how he sees the future of the White House.

Elon said once Donald’s second term is up in 2028, he expects Vice President JD Vance to take over. If that occurs, JD could then serve out two terms. That would put the Republicans will be in power until 2037. JD is already considered an early favorite to be the Republican nominee in 2028.

Although the 22nd Amendment prevents Donald from seeking a third term as President for now, he said in October, “I would love to do it.” He also teased that he would not rule it out. He got a thank-you note from Elon last month after questioning whether the head of Tesla had ever sent him one before.

If it’s not JD leading the charge for the Republicans in 2028, it could be someone else close to the current President. Some recent polling suggests Donald Trump Jr. is gaining traction in the race to get the Republican ticket for the 2028 election.

Donald’s eldest son is a Trustee and Executive Vice President for the Trump Organization.
