The President’s health is once again making headlines. Donald Trump appeared to have trouble staying awake Thursday at the Oval Office. He was signing an executive order to move marijuana to a lower drug classification.
While speaking to reporters in the Oval Office, many people noted the President appeared to drift off numerous times. The order he signed was to expand research into marijuana and potentially widen its medical use.
“Trump’s face droops,” wrote one journalist online in response to what he saw. What audiences witnessed on Thursday is far from the first time the President’s health has been questioned.

The President has repeatedly assured people he’s of sound body and mind, but many who saw his conference on Thursday won’t likely believe him. At one point, it looked like Donald was nodding forward before snapping back awake.
Many times, before, reporters and journalists have suggested the President’s physical health is struggling. New York Times columnist Katie Rogers felt Donald’s wrath online for suggesting the President’s health is declining. Donald slammed her on Truth Social, calling Katie “Ugly” both inside and out.
In the past, he’s boasted about the cognitive tests administered to him. Every time he alleged that he aced them. The fact that he’s had more than one has some like comedian Jimmy Kimmel suggesting that alone is cause for concern.
California Governor Gavin Newsom had some fun at the President’s expense, saying it was his nap time upon seeing the infamous video. Democratic influencer Harry Sisson also chimed in, saying it’s obvious to him that the President is not well. He suggested they exercise the 25th Amendment, which is the constitutional process for replacing a sitting President.
In her column, Katie noted that the President’s events reportedly begin two hours later than they did in his first term in office. Donald turns 80 in June.
