A famous comedian’s home is officially on the market once again. Aubrey Plaza has put the Los Feliz Oaks property she and her late husband, Jeff Baena, had back on the market. This comes months after the home was originally listed for sale. Aubrey listed the house just days before Christmas. The Parks and Recreation actress, it appears, wants to sell the property at any cost. By all accounts, she may still be reeling from shock over a tragedy that transpired early last year. Selling the home at a discounted price may be her way of burying some bad memories.
Aubrey’s husband Jeff Baena died in January 2025

Anyone with a big bank account and in search of a home could get a bargain. Aubrey has listed her and Jeff Baena’s place for $5.75 million, according to TMZ. The original asking price for the property was $6.5 million.
Jeff died last January, with the cause being deemed a suicide by hanging. The couple had been married since 2021. His death surely came as a massive shock, particularly the way it occurred. Jeff hadn’t been struggling with any mental illness, according to reports.
The house itself has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, while the compound also contains a wine cellar, pool, steam room, and screening room. The couple purchased it back in 2022 for $4.7 million.
Aubrey became a household name for her portrayal of April Ludgate on the sitcom Parks and Recreation, starring Amy Poehler. Amy faced backlash in October after having Aziz Ansari on her podcast. The actor and comedian performed in Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh Comedy Festival, a country alleged to have committed numerous human rights violations.
At the time of Jeff’s death, he and Aubrey had been separated, something which happened in 2024. The home is being listed by Bryce Pennel of Douglas Elliman.
