While filming, the ladies had to use unconventional methods to combat the ice storm in Atlanta. Andy Cohen shared the filming update and talked about how the ladies on the show were very resilient during the unexpected storm.

Fans of the famous Bravo series The Real Housewives are eagerly anticipating the upcoming special Ultimate Girls Trip. The special show is a celebration of 20 years of the Housewives series. It brings together seven iconic Housewives from different franchises to go on a fun road trip to different Housewives filming locations, meeting cast members throughout the past two decades.
While viewers may have to wait to watch the show, fans are already excitedly keeping tabs on the filming. Recently, video clips of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards‘ white party made their way online. Fans loved seeing all the Housewives together, including the Countess Luann de Lesseps of Real Housewives of New York, who ziplined onto the stage to perform!
But did the recent ice storm impact the trip? Andy gave a filming update on Sirius XM’s Andy Cohen Live and shared where the girls have been and how the weather made them look for new ways to travel.
“We’ve been filming, as you guys have seen online,” Andy shared. “They’ve already been to Orange County. They have been to Beverly Hills. They were in Atlanta over the weekend. They’re now in Miami.”
He added, “They have one more stop after that, and I have to say, the production team is doing a yeoman’s job because they were fighting the ice storm in Atlanta, and we had to think of an unconventional way to get them to Miami. But we got them there.”
Andy also praised the cast’s resilience. “I give it up to the women because they’re troopers,” he admitted. “The main cast of that show, they are absolutely troopers. There you go. I’m very excited about this show.”
