Bethenny Frankel has some good news after her kidney disease diagnosis, as she appears to have begun a new relationship. Previously, the entrepreneur was engaged to real estate developer Paul Bernon, but the pair broke up in 2024 after six years together.
The Real Housewives of New York alum previously revealed she was diagnosed with stage 2 kidney disease. This week, she made the health update announcement on her social media channels. After this shock diagnosis, Bethenny remained optimistic, and stated she was now being taken care of by specialists.

“Months ago, I decided I was going to be very proactive about blood tests. I started to take a series of blood tests, and each time my kidney function was coming up low,” Bethenny stated in a TikTok video this week.
Further on, Bethenny stated she didn’t know the exact cause of her medical issue. For example, she stated it could be due to her history with allergies, including a near-fatal allergic reaction to fish in 2019. Additionally, she said she had a history with urinary tract infections (UTIs), and that she also doesn’t drink much water.
“[My doctor] said, ‘Water is your medicine,’” she said in the video, admitting she now drinks up to 1.5 gallons per day.
She told her followers to “be mindful” with their health. “Maybe this is something I’ll have to deal with forever. But I just wanted to tell you because I think it’s important to go get all your bloodwork done.”
Now, in images obtained by Page Six, a glowing Bethenny has been spotted stepping out on Monday with a mystery man.
In photos taken in Miami, the pair walked towards the beach in breezy blue outfits. There, the man made the chivalrous move of carrying the reality star’s bag for her. So far, the man has not been identified, but the pair seem to enjoy one another’s company.
