According to recent reports, Hailey Bieber’s sister, Alaia Baldwin Aronow, could reportedly face potential jail time. The fashion model has allegedly been facing charges over throwing a tampon during a bar fight. As reported by Us Weekly, Georgia prosecutors filed court documents in the legal case involving the model on January 26.
Per the news outlet, the court documents list a total of four misdemeanor criminal charges against Alaia Baldwin Aronow. The charges reportedly include simple assault, simple battery, criminal trespass and battery. The prosecutors allegedly claimed that the model physically harmed an individual named Jacinto Hills intentionally on February 24, 2024. It was reportedly by striking the said “victim in the genitals.”
According to the court documents, the prosecutors reportedly claimed that Alaia Baldwin Aronow threw a tampon at the said victim. It is allegedly considered to be simple assault. Per the court documents, the fashion model reportedly removed “a portion of hair from the scalp of Ian O’Neill by pulling on said victim’s hair, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia,” in addition to that.
As reported by the news outlet, the entire incident took place at a venue in Georgia called Club Elan. The prosecutors allegedly claimed that Alaia Baldwin Aronow refused to leave the venue despite being asked to do so.
The news outlet further reported that, according to Georgia law, if found guilty, the fashion model will face up to one year of jail time on the charge of battery. The model reportedly appeared to have entered into a kind of pre-trial diversion program the previous year. However, at present, an arraignment for April 23 has allegedly been scheduled.
