Quenlin Blackwell Playfully Contrasts Sheer Valentino Top & Suede Skirt

Quenlin Blackwell‘s latest look is a masterclass in mixing opposites, as she paired a sheer Valentino top with a suede pencil skirt. Emerging as one of fashion’s most exciting risk-takers, the 25-year-old took the front seat at Valentino’s Spring/Summer Haute Couture runway show on January 28.

Quenlin Blackwell’s sheer Valentino top and suede skirt are opposites attracting in Paris

Quenlin Blackwell stepped out in Paris in a sheer white Valentino blouse and a rich red suede skirt. The top features delicate lace detailing along the front and sleeve hems. It had billowy long sleeves, adding a touch of romance. She paired the top with a rich red suede pencil skirt with a column of buttons down the front. The skirt’s structured silhouette contrasted with the blouse’s softness. The visual tension between the two pieces elevated the look.

The whole outfit was Look 8 from Alessandro Michele’s Valentino Spring 2026 Ready-to-Wear Collection. Titled “Fireflies,” the collection drew inspiration from a letter written by Pier Paolo Pasolini in 1941. It explored nuanced plays on transparency and texture. Just like the model who walked the runway in the outfit, Blackwell also wore a pair of black peep-toe pumps with a clear PVC strap across the toes. English songstress Lily Allen also sported the same shoes at the runway show.

The Victoria’s Secret model completed her look with a white Valentino handbag and kept her jewellery minimal. She wore her black hair down in waves with a side part. Her makeup was simple but impactful, with the black eyeliner and bold red lip that matched her skirt.

This was not Blackwell’s first appearance during the Paris Haute Couture Week 2026. She also attended the Chanel Summer/Spring Haute Couture 2026 show in a sheer high-waisted skirt and a cropped jacket. Other celebs who attended the Valentino Haute Couture 2026 show were Dakota Johnson, Shay Mitchell, Olandria Carthen, Kirsten Dunst, and Tyla.
