Mob Wives Alum Renee Graziano Gives Update on Son AJ After His Hospitalization

Last week, AJ Pagan, son of the Mob Wives alum Renee Graziano, entered the hospital. He was experiencing heart attack-like symptoms, which he thankfully took seriously. But how is AJ doing now? Here’s what Renee recently had to say.

Two days ago, TMZ ran into Renee. The first question asked centered around her son. How is AJ? they asked.

“AJ is well. He’s healthy, thank God. We had a little bit of a scare,” Renee admitted. Nevertheless, this incident definitely taught Renee a lesson, which she quickly passed on.

“My suggestion is, for anyone in their thirties, definitely check your heart. Check your blood. I think a lot of us don’t realize that it’s the silent killer for men, and for women as well,” Renee stressed, making her case all the more important.

Turning to humor, she next thanked TMZ for their original coverage of AJ’s hospitalization. But moving forward, “Let’s just leave out the part about who his father is,” Renee joked. “He’s just Renee’s son. I birthed him. I did it alone,” she said, smiling.

Fans will recall that AJ’s father is Hector “Junior” Pagan, a former mobster and DEA informant. He appeared on Mob Wives in the earlier seasons. But as we later learned, Hector was actually working behind the scenes, helping the state win their case against Renee’s father, Anthony Graziano.

Even still, AJ’s health scare is now in her rearview mirror. So, Renee can finally rest all of her energies on her next project, a Mob Wives reboot, which she’s starring in.

In the meantime, you can stream the original Mob Wives series on Paramount+.
