Ex-Prince Andrew to Soon Move to New Home After Royal Exile — Report

As ex-Prince Andrew prepares to move to a new home, removal vans have reportedly appeared at Marsh Farm on the Sandringham estate. On Monday morning, lorries arrived outside the five-bedroom farmhouse in Norfolk that underwent months of work ahead of Andrew’s arrival, which is reportedly a sign that the relocation plan is progressing and entering its final stages. Located on the King’s Sandringham estate, the property was previously occupied by a tenant farmer.

The Sun reported that ex-Prince Andrew is preparing to leave Marsh Farm on the Sandringham estate and move to a new home again. Andrew is reportedly staying at Wood Farm while builders complete work at Marsh Farm. The report suggested that crews have reportedly completed painting, flooring, and landscaping work and have installed large wooden security gates at the entrance.

Moreover, tankers reportedly delivered liquid manure to fields behind the property last week. This reportedly drew the attention of local residents.

The move is part of broader changes in Andrew’s living arrangements following his withdrawal from public royal duties and fallout related to past controversies. He left Royal Lodge, his former 30-bedroom home, earlier this year. The Sun reported that the move took time because of disagreements over downsizing and what kind of accommodation Andrew wanted next.

Additionally, the report emphasized former Prince Andrew’s planned move within the Sandringham estate and drew a connection to ongoing pressure on Andrew’s status within the Royal Family, including discussions around the line of succession. Author Tom Bower spoke to The Sun and claimed that Andrew had been given an “offer he can’t refuse.” Bower further claimed he could sign a declaration to “renounce the succession” that “ends it straight away”.

Neither Buckingham Palace nor Sandringham representatives have publicly confirmed the details of the move, but the sight of removal vans at Marsh Farm will likely fuel speculation that Andrew’s next chapter on the estate may already be underway.
