Milania Giudice is making huge legal moves following her recent arrest. Last month, the Montville Township Police Department charged this Real Housewives of New Jersey child star with simple assault. But now, Milania is putting her game face on. She plans on fighting these charges with a lot of help from a top-notch professional.
Teresa Giudice’s daughter Milania has hired a well-known New Jersey defense attorney

According to The U.S. Sun, Milania has just hired Alan Kraminsky of Kraminsky Law to defend her in her domestic violence case. Alan founded the firm. And on their website, it explains that he has successfully defended criminal and domestic defense cases. He has also defended personal injury and automobile accident cases as a New Jersey Municipal Court Attorney.
Now, Alan is reportedly defending Milania. On May 14, the Montville Township Municipal Court revealed that Milania’s arrest file is marked as “domestic violence/confidential” in nature. The identity of her alleged victim, alongside further details of this incident, remains unknown.
That said, Milania has posted several cryptic statements on her Instagram Stories in recent weeks. One was from a road sign, which read, “None of us sits high enough to look down on anybody. Be humble.” The rest were in support of her mother, Teresa Giudice.
“I hope my mom never carries the weight of thinking she wasn’t enough. I could fill pages with the quiet, beautiful ways she shaped my life,” Milania penned. She also said, “Me & my mama so close, sometimes I be forgetting I’m talking to my mama,” followed by a laughing emoji.
To date, no one really knows what happened here. But one source alleged that “There was an explosive fight in [her] house where things escalated.” Her sister allegedly called the cops “out of fear for people’s safety and for the fact that Milania was going at multiple people,” an insider alleged. But as to which sister this was, the report never explained.
We do know, though, that “None of it happened in front of the cameras.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey is streaming on Peacock.
