Louis Russell of Too Hot to Handle has been in the news quite a bit these past few days. His ex-girlfriend and baby mama, Nicole Olivera, recently filed a restraining order against his current girlfriend, Love Island USA alum Huda Mustafa. Now, Louis is saying that Nicole has been keeping his kid away from him.

The case between Huda and Nicole continues to evolve as the days go by. Now, according to court documents obtained by TMZ, Louis is claiming that Nicole has “unreasonably” cut off the contact between himself and their son Luka. This is despite the fact that Louis agreed to not have Huda with him during visits.
Sources close to Nicole said that Louis allegedly promised her that he would keep his Huda away from their son. They allege that Louis encouraged Nicole to get the restraining order against his girlfriend.
Louis alleges that Nicole is using their son as a “bargaining chip” against him and has even threatened to move out of state.
“I am seriously concerned that she will make good on this threat before she is served,” Louis revealed. “I fear that she will move Luka, and I will have a hard time finding our son and being a part of his life.”
Louis added that Nicole had threatened to do this before and did so when they were in the UK. So now, he is seeking a court order to grant him joint legal custody and a parenting and custody plan that gives him time with his son.
A big point of contention is apparently Louis’s relationship with Huda. Nicole got a restraining order after she claimed Huda broke into her home and went after her and her son. Huda responded that these claims were false and that she will be letting legal handle it.
