Cardi B revealed that she smelled like a salad for months due to her haircut experiment. Recently, the rapper took some time out of her Little Miss Drama Tour and appeared on Jimmy Fallon’s “The Tonight Show.” While talking about her haircare routine, the mother of four shared her experience of using garlic. She stated that she used “raw garlic,” and thus, the “WAP” hitmaker smelled like “chicken caesar salad” for a long time.
Cardi B put raw garlic in her hair
Cardi B left Jimmy Fallon in stitches with her story about her hair smelling like a salad. In a new episode of “The Tonight Show,” the rapper appeared as a guest, who is currently on her Little Miss Drama Tour. On the talk show, she opened up about her tour and her new haircare line, Grow-Good Beauty. While discussing the latter topic, the bombshell shared a few home remedies that helped her haircare routine.
While rice water and onion water were easy remedies, she struggled with garlic. Instead of its juice, Cardi B put it “too raw” in her hair, which she admitted was not a good idea. “For six months straight, every single time I sweat, I smelled like a pasta bowl,” she complained. Listening to her “gross” anecdote, host Jimmy Fallon burst out into laughter. He quipped, saying that “vampires” would not bother her. To this, she jokingly said that she was the vampire.
After receiving applause, Cardi B continued the story. She claimed that she would “never” retry the remedy because it didn’t work for her. The 33-year-old ended the story by clapping her hands and saying, “I was smelling like a chicken Caesar salad for six months.”
Furthermore, the “Up” hitmaker talked about “reducing” her time on social media, where she often got involved in online arguments. While she had “fun” doing it, the artist would seemingly want to spend less time in such activities.
