It’s another chapter in the dramatic saga of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives stars Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen. In this one, Taylor files a protective order against her ex for being abusive. She claimed he was possessive and erratic, going so far as getting a tattoo of her initials before her season of The Bachelorette was set to premiere.
TFP claims her ex got her initials tattooed on his lips
According to PEOPLE, Taylor filed a protective order against Dakota on April 7. She alleged that he had a “pattern of abusive conduct and coercive control” during their relationship. This is just the latest in protective orders filed between the couple.
Dakota previously filed one against Taylor in March. He was also recently granted custody of their son, Ever. Taylor gets supervised visitation of up to eight hours a week until another hearing on April 30.
In her latest filing, she claimed that Dakota became “increasingly possessive” as her season of The Bachelorette neared. She alleged that Dakota sent her messages saying, “I want you forever,” “I still love and want you,” and asking her to “give me a chance.” He messaged her after her season finished filming, but before it aired. The filing has screenshots of the alleged messages.
Taylor claimed that she was shown an image of Dakota’s lips on February 17. He had her initials “TFP” tattooed inside them. He allegedly also confirmed this to her through text, and she included a photo in her filing.
“Considering his increasingly possessive and erratic behavior, and considering the fact that we were not in a relationship, this was extremely alarming,” Taylor wrote in the filing. “My initials are now permanently tattooed on the body of a man who has been abusive toward and possessive of me.”
A source told PEOPLE that Dakota got the tattoo on February 14 after Taylor posted a promo post for her canceled season of The Bachelorette. The source also claimed he showed the tattoo to the cast of SLOMW while filming.
