Howard Stern could have to cough up a big chunk of change to an ex-colleague. Leslie Kuhn is suing the longtime shock jock for a staggering $2.5 million. Howard has yet to respond to the allegations against him.
According to Leslie, the working conditions she was under were extremely uncomfortable. She is pointing the finger squarely at the wealthy Sirius XM host. Howard’s wife, Beth, is also in this lawsuit.
Leslie Kuhn was Howard and Beth Stern’s executive assistant

Leslie is ready to battle it out in court against two of her former associates. According to the court documents obtained by Page Six, Leslie previously worked as an executive assistant. She managed the mansion’s staff and household operations. Howard’s production company allegedly sent her a letter promising her a raise to $265,000 and an $80,000 bonus in 2026. However, she reportedly lost her job this February.
Documents claim that Leslie was under incredible pressure. She alleged “irresponsible and untenable animal rescue and fostering operations occurring on-site.” She reportedly had to handle extensive “at-home feline rescue and fostering operations” for Beth in 2024. Leslie is suing Beth and Howard for allegedly creating a hostile work environment.
Handling this job proved to be a nearly impossible task in Leslie’s eyes. She claims to have witnessed massive disorganization in the business end of things and its accounting practices. She asked the court to declare the non-disclosure agreement unenforceable. That is because it doesn’t permit her to speak freely about her employment or firing.
The contract between the two parties reportedly forbade Leslie from disclosing business affairs. She apparently couldn’t discuss Howard and Beth’s personal matters.
Leslie’s attorney, John J. Leonard, says that she is being “entirely muzzled” by this. He feels that it is a fair power differential and puts her at a significant disadvantage.
