It’s been a hot second since fans have seen Real Housewives of Orange County star Jeana Keough. She was right there from the beginning, and she’s maintained some friendships with some of the ladies through the years. While she was on the show, her love life was a bit of a mystery. Today, though, the former OG of the OC looks happy and in love, and she proudly introduced the world to her new man.
The former Real Housewives of Orange County star almost gave up on love
Fans said goodbye to Jeana during Season 5 of RHOC. Prior to that, much of her storyline centered around her kids and her family. She’s come back as a guest over the years, but she’s always felt that her life may not be dramatic enough for reality TV.
She was also separated from her husband, Matt Keough, and dated a bit, but nothing definitive. Eventually, Jeana revealed in 2019 that she and Matt were officially divorced. That took a long time, and it may have put a damper on her belief in finding love.
But all that’s changed now. Jeana took to Instagram to share a photo of her new beau, and she looks happy and in love. The photo features her and her partner in the kitchen. She has on casual jean shorts and a blue top, and he has an arm wrapped around her waist.
“I have been single so long I had given up,” Jeana wrote in the caption. “And then this man gets introduced to me! Just when I thought I would never fall in love again … thanks for making all my dreams come true!”
Naturally, her RHOC and Bravo friends sent love via her comments. “Aww Jeana, this makes me happy,” Vicki Gunvalson wrote. Gretchen Rossi added, “Ahh, love this for you.” Andy Cohen sent a series of clapping emojis.
The fans were just as thrilled, too. Several sent their well wishes, while some expressed their desire to see Jeana and her love story return to RHOC. For now, though, it looks like Jeana is happy to stay out of the spotlight and bask in the light of new love.
The Real Housewives of Orange County is streaming on Peacock.
