Sorry to disappoint all the Jill Biden fans out there … but she won’t be making a cameo on the next season of Heated Rivalry. Despite reportedly making a $35,000 bid to appear on the second season of the hit show, the former First Lady was pipped to the post.
Two huge bids were accepted for a walk-on role

It has been revealed that former First Lady Jill bid on a cameo role for Heated Rivalry Season 2. As for how that came about? Well, according to Teen Vogue editor-in-chief Versha Sharma (who posted on X via her @versharma account), the auction took place at a charity gala this week.
“Dr Jill Biden was a surprise guest tonight – and just bid $35k for a walk-on role in Heated Rivalry season 2,” she posted after the NYC LGBT Center Gala took place.
“But [she] was outbid,” Versha went on. “[The] final winners bid $125k each, for a total of $250k raised for the center!!”
Unsurprisingly, news that Jill almost had a role on Heated Rivalry went down a real treat with fans. “INCREDIBLE,” said @hudsonwupdates, as @Blankets_Rsoft said: “The former First Lady being a guest on Heated Rivalry is insane, actually.”
“Any ID on the final winner?” @mechanicalkrab asked of who won the bid, while others threw in their own speculations. “Do we think movie star/First Lady Melania tried to outbid Jill?” joked @justintim__. Similarly, @ihateberwald agreed with: “Can’t believe Melania is gonna be on Season 2.”
In case you missed it (how!?), Heated Rivalry is about the enemies-to-lovers story of two rival hockey players. These are Ilya Rozanov, played by Connor Storrie, and Shane Hollander, played by Hudson Williams.
