Welcome back to your Ladies of London: The New Reign recap!

In last week’s episode, the cast continued their trip to Longleat following Emma’s invitation. But their vacation was far from drama-free. Mark-Francis and Margo continued to feud, resulting in the American having a panic attack (next to a Wallace and Gromit statue, no less) and then departing the trip early. So, what happened next? Here’s everything that went down in Ladies of London Season 4 Episode 10, “The Summer Showdown.”

What happened in Ladies of London Season 4 Episode 10?

In the final episode of the Ladies of London revival series, several members of the cast tried to mend their fractured friendships, those being Mark-Francis and Margo, as well as Margo and Martha. Elsewhere in the finale, Myka hosted a big etiquette event, while Lottie and Joshua put on a fashion show before becoming parents.

Myka and her manners

After months (and, as she pointed out, “countless hours”) of planning, Myka hosted a very special etiquette event. “I do feel nervous, I want everything to go really well,” she confessed of the event, which could have been a make-or-break moment in her career as an etiquette coach.

After being introduced as the “queen of manners,” Myka then gave a speech on all things etiquette … and it was a hit. “This was my first-ever etiquette event outside of America, in London, and I proved to myself that I can do it,” she said afterwards. “I feel proud!”

“Myka has this infectious, positive energy, which is brilliant. And she knows what she’s doing,” Mark-Francis added of Myka’s expertise. “Myka owns etiquette, clearly.”

Mark-Francis broke down

After clashing with Margo for most – if not all – of the season, Mark-Francis finally reached his breaking point. “I’m not feeling savage at all today,” the former Made in Chelsea star said, in a departure from his usual sassy behavior, as he met up with Missè at Myka’s event. “I’m feeling so f*cking awful, I have not felt this bad in as long as I can remember.”

“I don’t want to ruin Myka’s day,” he replied when pressed by Missè to open up, before eventually admitting that his feud with Margo was getting to him. “You know what, I can’t believe that I’ve allowed someone to affect me. I feel like a f*cking idiot.”

Mark-Francis went on to explain how difficult it was growing up gay, and how this has impacted his adult relationships. “I told myself I wasn’t going to tolerate it anymore. And that I was only going to be close to people that I really trusted.”

“But the moment you go out of that circle of trust, you realize that everyone really does think you’re f*cking weird,” he continued, referring to Margo calling him a “freak” in last week’s episode.

As Missè comforted Mark-Francis, he tried to hold back tears but ultimately couldn’t keep them in any longer. Then, just as Myka made her grand entrance into the event, he hurried away from the scene, clearly at an emotional breaking point.

“I have never cried in front of anyone … I hold it together,” Mark-Francis admitted in a confessional. “I’m mortified for Myka, I’m mortified for Missè, I’m mortified for myself, because this is not me.”

Margo reflected … kind of

While Mark-Francis and Missè attended Myka’s event, Margo debriefed with her kids (of all people!?) about the cast trip. “I hated it,” she said, recalling the panic attack she experienced while visiting the Cheddar Gorge.

In a confessional, the American then explained that her family are firmly on her side in her feud with Mark-Francis. She admitted that they were “disappointed” at what went down and even felt their “view” of London was “clouded” by the turn of events. Beyond that, Margo revealed her family want her to cut ties with the rest of the group altogether.

“I’m actually really nervous,” Margo admitted to Mark-Francis after inviting him to a sit-down meeting following their weeks-long fight. She then opened the conversation by confessing that she hadn’t “been kind” to her co-star.

“I haven’t been a good friend, and whatever emotions and reactiveness I’ve had, that is my responsibility,” she said. To that, Mark-Francis explained the impact of her behavior, particularly her calling him a “freak.”

“That attitude took me right back to my 16-year-old self, who was suicidal because of being completely shunned,” he told her. “I’m not prepared to have that all thrown back in my face.”

“I genuinely feel really bad that he went back to a place like that,” Margo then said in a confessional after learning about Mark-Francis’ true feelings.

Despite Margo’s attempt to offer an olive branch – or, at the least, an apology – Mark-Francis was firm in his stance. He accused her of having narcissistic tendencies, as well as not taking the time to get to know him. Ultimately, he said he doesn’t have space in his life for people he can’t trust, Margo being one of them.

“He’s really doubling down,” Margo replied in a confessional. “He does not want to clear the air and move on.” And clear the air they did not. The pair’s conversation devolved into yet another heated argument … and Mark-Francis stormed off before branding his co-star a “lunatic.”

Lottie and Joshua put on a show(case)

Parents-to-be Lottie and Joshua hosted a fashion showcase for his tailoring brand. Of course, the Ladies of London cast were all invited … despite the fact not all of them were on speaking terms.

As she got ready for the event, Mark-Francis caught Emma up on how his chat with Margo went. “I don’t understand,” she said of how things unfolded. “I wonder if she needs to have some space and time,” Emma went on, offering a potential solution to their beef.

Drama aside, Joshua’s event – hosted at London’s chic Mandrake Hotel – went off without a hitch. Lottie, who is expecting their first child, even walked the runway at the fashion show.

“This will be the last runway I do before becoming a mother,” Lottie said of the emotional moment. “So, I am really nervous right now, I hope I can do it [the look] justice.” Well, she certainly did that, earning applause aplenty from the crowd. “Goddess. Queen. Beyoncé vibes,” Emma said in response to Lottie’s walk. “Magic. I mean, what a girl,” added Martha.

The show closed with a sweet speech from Joshua about his excitement at becoming a first-time dad. “I can’t wait for you to become a mom,” he then said, turning to Lottie and giving her a kiss. Awwwww!

Margo and Martha clashed

With her and Mark-Francis’ drama seemingly finding no end, Margo turned her attention to Martha. “I have to talk to Martha,” she said. “It’s just so strange to look at someone I love so much – a soulmate – and not recognize her.”

“I feel that you’ve come back from America with a very different character than the one that I have known for 20-some years,” Martha said as they sat down to chat, even going so far as to brand Margo “ungracious” and “bitchy.” Ouch.

To that, Margo recounted her attempt to mend things with Mark-Francis before pointing the finger of their feud at Martha. She accused her friend of stirring the pot, as well as criticizing her handling the situation. This did not go unnoticed by Martha, who said Margo needs to take responsibility for the “decisions” that she has made.

“I’m not blaming you for anything,” Margo replied. That said, she went on to accuse Martha of “making fun” of her clothes first, essentially prompting Mark-Francis (and the group) to do the same. “So this is all my fault?” Martha replied. “That is literally what you just said.”

After more back and forth, the pair admitted defeat in their attempt to right their wrongs … but confessed their love for one another nonetheless. “Martha and I are going to be with each other until the end,” Margo said of her bestie who, at the same time, said in her own confessional that she “needs” a break.

With so much drama left up in the air, Season 5 is more than necessary, right? RIGHT!?
