Ben Affleck’s Ex-Wife Lists Mansion for $50M After He Gifted His Half — Report

Ben Affleck’s ex-wife Jennifer Lopez’s mansion is back on the market for sale at $50 million after he gifted his share of the marital estate. The news surfaced in April 2026, when it was reported that a transfer took place between the former partners, with the exchange valued at roughly $26 million. This seems to be the third time the property has been listed after it was pulled off earlier this year.

Jennifer Lopez relists Beverly Hills mansion for $50M, claims report

Lopez, who now owns the Beverly Hills mansion entirely after Affleck gifted his half, has added its listing once again for $50 million, per a report. It seems to be quite a bit of a discount on the earlier relisted price, which was $52 million. However, in January 2026, this specific listing was removed only to be added recently.

The former couple got together around April 2021 before getting engaged in the following year. In the same year, they tied the knot in two different ceremonies, Las Vegas and Georgia. Following their marriage, they were looking for a mansion. After three potential sales didn’t materialize, they finally made a deal at $60.85 million for a fully furnished Beverly Hills mansion.

In 2024, as their separation rumors surfaced, the house was put on sale again for $68 million. After their divorce was finalized, the house was listed twice, once for $59.95 million and another time for $52 million, before being removed both times.

Last year, Affleck opened up about his split with Lopez, detailing potential root causes and reasons for their bond falling apart. “There’s a tendency to look at breakups and want to identify root causes or something. But honestly … the truth is much more quotidian than probably people would believe or would be interesting. There’s no scandal, no soap opera, no intrigue,” he said to GQ.

“The truth is, when you talk to somebody, ‘Hey, what happened?’ Well, there is no, ‘This is what happened.’ It’s just a story about people trying to figure out their lives and relationships in ways that we all sort of normally do,” he further explained on how people navigate bonds.
