Barrie Drewitt-Barlow, a wealthy British property developer who appeared as a primary charter guest on Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2, and his husband, Scott Drewitt-Barlow, have just been charged with multiple sexual offences, including human trafficking, rape, and more. Officers arrested the pair in England on Wednesday. They are due back in court today.
Barrie and Scott Drewitt-Barlow are facing multiple charges

The last time we saw Barrie on BDSY, he and his family were expertly tiring out the Parsifal crew. During their charter, Barrie ended up proposing to his daughter’s ex-boyfriend, Scott. Scott said yes, and now, according to Sky News, this couple is facing serious charges.
Barrie and Scott have “multiple offences” to their names, the outlet revealed. These charges include “rape, sexual assault, and modern slavery trafficking for sexual exploitation.” Essex Police explained that officers from the Serious Crime Directorate carried out searches in Danbury, Maldon, and Braintree on Wednesday. These searches resulted in the arrest of two men, Barrie and Scott.
They are now working with the Crown Prosecution Service. And, as the CPS noted, Barrie was charged with three counts of sexual assault on a male, four counts of rape of a man 16 or over, and two counts of arranging or facilitating travel of another person with a view to exploitation. Regarding Scott, his charges include one count of sexual assault on a male, one count of rape of a man 16 or over, and two counts of arranging or facilitating travel of another person with a view to exploitation.
Both men are due to appear at Chelmsford magistrates’ court on Friday. Regardless of the outcome, following their arrest, ITV cancelled its series, Up The Jammers, which featured the couple’s move into football club ownership.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht is streaming on Peacock.
