Selling Sunset’s Heather Rae El Moussa Talks Christine Quinn Feud Before Show Return

Two of Selling Sunset’s returning stars are rehashing their drama. Heather Rae El Moussa and Christine Quinn are both coming back to the popular Netflix series.

Selling Sunset follows the exploits of elite real estate brokers at the Los Angeles firm The Oppenheimer Group. The show debuted with both women in March 2019, and its success resulted in a spinoff, Selling the OC, which began its run in August 2022.

In a May 13 Instagram Reel, Heather posted a video montage of herself as Christine criticized her. “I don’t like Heather as a person, and I get annoyed by Heather all the time,” Christine says. “It’s just because of the way she looks, because of the way she dresses, because of the way she speaks. It’s because of the lack of wheels turning up there.”

Heather responded to the HRE Beauty founder’s confessional comments with herself in a bikini, on the red carpet, in interviews and presenting at panels. “Netflix is brewing up a batch of old tea,” the HGTV star wrote in her post. “Who’s excited for the OG’s to return for season 10?!“

In 2023, during an interview with E! News’ Adrienne Bailon and Keltie Knight, Christine talked about the series and Heather not returning to the show’s seventh season. “I’m not shocked because she’s a snooze fest, but it is what it is,” she commented. “She’s a little snoozy! I love her. She’s a sweetheart, but it’s TV at the end of the day — you have to give it. You have to bring it.”

Heather, her husband Tarek and his ex-wife Christina Haack all star in the HGTV series The Flip Off.

Both Christine and Heather’s returns were confirmed in April. According to People, Heather said she has changed a lot since her last appearance on the show. “Being part of Selling Sunset the first time around gave me so much. It’s where people first really got to know me, and I felt like there was more of my story to tell. The version of me returning is very different from the one who left,” she said.
