Netflix’s Selling the OC is on pause … but an insider just revealed this might not be the end for one of its biggest stars. According to the source, Alex Hall is currently in negotiations with the streaming giant to star on the original Selling Sunset franchise.
Is Alex Hall going to jump ship?

Per a TMZ source, Selling the OC’s Alex might move over to Selling Sunset for Season 10. The OG franchise is due to pick up filming for its upcoming season very soon, so negotiations to sign Alex on are happening right now and look “very promising.”
The insider added that although Alex lives in Orange County, she’s a natural fit for Selling Sunset. And, she already works with plenty of high-end clients in Los Angeles. On top of all that, Selling Sunset just had a major cast shakeup. This could mean there’s a desk for Alex at The O Group in LA.
It’s understood that Selling Sunset Season 10 will have a massive overhaul when it comes to the cast. Mary Bonnet, Emma Hernan, Chelsea Lazkani, and Sandra Vergara have reportedly been let go from the show and were informed in April that their contracts would not be renewed. Ouch!
Those four aren’t the only real estate agents who will be missing on the new season. Chrishell Stause revealed last year that she’s stepping away from the show after nine series. “I’ve gotten to a place where I don’t need the show financially,” she told Bustle. “I’m lucky to have other forms of employment, because it’s no longer good for my mental health.”
There’ll still be a few familiar faces on Selling Sunset Season 10, however. And that includes some returning OG cast members. Bre Tiesi and Amanza Smith will both be back, and they are joined by Christine Quinn and Heather El Moussa.
Selling Sunset is streaming on Netflix.
