Donald Trump recently appeared to be sleeping again during a cabinet meeting. A user named FactPost posted the video on X (formerly known as Twitter).
In the video, Trump appears to nod off while Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth addresses the attendees of the meeting. However, the White House has not commented on the claim yet. This is yet another instance in the span of a few days in which Trump has been reported to be sleeping during important events.
This new incident comes days after Trump had his three-hour medical check-up. According to a report by AP News, this was his fourth medical exam during his second term, raising concerns about his health. Soon after, Trump took to the Truth Social platform and stated, “Just finished my 6-month physical at Walter Reed Military Medical Center. Everything checked out PERFECTLY. Thank you to the great Doctors and Staff! Heading back to the White House.” However, despite his statement, internet users are debating his health as the White House has yet to release the results of the check-up.
Previously, he allegedly dozed off during the Memorial Day event, leading to a wave of criticism on social media. In response to this, the White House’s Rapid Response team tried to denounce the critics’ claims online.
Moreover, California Governor Gavin Newsom also took a shot at Trump in a post on X for the Memorial Day event incident and wrote, “America deserves a mentally fit President. Unfortunately, we don’t have one.”
