Joe Rogan Praises Trump for Doing ‘Wild’ Things Like White House UFC Fights

Joe Rogan appreciated one quality of Donald Trump ahead of the White House UFC fight. Apart from the praise, Rogan also raised concerns over safety and believes that championship fights should happen in controlled environments.

Joe Rogan praises Donald Trump for UFC fights

During a recent episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” the UFC commentator shared his thoughts on fights being conducted at the White House for Trump’s birthday bash and the US 250th anniversary celebration. Initially, he voiced concerns over the safety at the venue, sharing his take on what an ideal place should be for conducting championship fights.

He said, “There’s going to be a UFC on the White House lawn. That seems like a good, safe place to be, huh? Everyone’s going to know where all the world leaders are going to be. We’re all going to be stuck sitting in that spot for six hours calling fights. Super safe. I feel completely safe.” He revealed that he doesn’t like that the fights are outside. He believes that the bouts should take place in a controlled environment, keeping in mind the athletes’ professional lives and how they could be affected by unnecessary drama. The podcaster also stressed how difficult it is to compete in world titles.

Rogan set his differences aside and focused on the positive side of the event as he praised the president. “However, I should say, however, it’s going to be a spectacle,” he added. “Whether I was there or not, I would be watching, 100%. I think it’s awesome that Trump, this is one of the things that I like about him, he’s like, ‘F–k it. Let’s do it.’ He puts on cage fights on the White House lawn. That’s nuts,” he added. He further stated that he likes the “wild things” Trump does but condemns the Iran war.
