West Wilson is giving a repeat performance of his Summer House Season 8 reunion. That is, sitting mute, and taking little to no accountability for his actions.
On Season 8, he had to answer for not being up-front about his intentions towards co-star Ciara Miller. Now, at the Season 10 reunion, West is in the hot seat for starting an illicit affair with Ciara’s former (married) bestie Amanda Batula.
Perhaps West could get a little sympathy with the right attitude. But he is not winning himself any followers, something he really covets. And the sports reporter certainly did not mend fences with his Summer House co-stars. KJ Dillard for one.
The Bravo castmate questions West Wilson’s behavior as tensions continue within the Summer House group
“I know people make mistakes. I’m someone that gives grace, trust me,” KJ told co-star Carl Radke on his podcast, More Life With Carl Radke. “I’ve made plenty of mistakes, and people have given me grace, but it just seems like he’s not learning from his mistakes.”
The model continued, “I keep seeing stuff and hearing stuff. I’m just like, ‘Bro, what is going on? Are you actually sorry?’”
The Summer House newbie considered West a friend. However, KJ also has a very strong friendship with Ciara. Thereby, he’s felt the betrayal in allegiance to her as well.
During the podcast, KJ reflected on the complicated relationship with his father. The musician explained, “My dad has apologized to me and said, ‘I’m gonna do this. I’m gonna be better.’ Then, it just continues to repeat these cycles. It’s just like, ‘What is going on?’”
The “wishy-washy” relationship with his father made KJ value his friendship even more. And he expected honesty from his friends. That’s why Amanda and West’s romance has “hurt” him as much as it has.
“I’m like, ‘Bro, you lied straight to all of our faces,’” KJ shared. “I know he has his own life and he can do whatever he wants, but it’s just like, dude, just disappointing.”
As for the reunion, the newbie Bravolebrity recalled that West “did not protect” Amanda. Neither did he “show much emotion.”
KJ previously mentioned that West never gave him a heads up before releasing the joint statement with Amanda in March 2026. He did hear from West finally, but the gesture felt performative at that point.
“When it was brought up, I was just like, ‘All right, let me see what it says real quick.’ I skimmed it, and then reading that was some closure for me. But I don’t know when I’m ever going to talk to West again. If I talk to him again,” KJ concluded.
