The latest clash unfolded on X, where Owens responded to a string of allegations from fellow conservative commentator Laura Loomer. According to RadarOnline, Owens accused Loomer of exhibiting behavior that she believes goes far beyond ordinary online sparring.

In a lengthy post, Owens said she was “genuinely trying to help” Loomer while sharing a screenshot defining bipolar delusions. She then alleged that Loomer was experiencing what she described as a “psychiatric episode.”
Owens proceeded to list several claims she said Loomer had made about her in recent months. Among them were allegations that Owens and her husband secretly live apart, theories involving the Vatican, and accusations that she was connected to investigations and hidden financial arrangements.
The conservative podcaster also pushed back against Loomer’s latest allegations, which reportedly involved claims that Owens had ties to Russia and attended secret meetings in Italy.
“Despite evidence that you have been comically wrong about literally everything, you continue to publicly applaud yourself,” Owens wrote, arguing that Loomer’s accusations reflected what she called “grandiose delusions.”
The dispute didn’t stop there. Owens also questioned Loomer’s standing with Donald Trump, suggesting that the former president’s team was becoming increasingly uncomfortable with her behavior.
Loomer quickly fired back. Responding on X, she insisted she was “perfectly fine” and accused Owens of using mental health accusations as a weapon. Loomer also claimed Owens had previously spread false statements about others and alleged that Owens had engaged in defamatory behavior.
“You are truly a threat to public safety,” Loomer wrote, while denying she was intimidated by her longtime rival.
The explosive exchange marks the latest chapter in a growing divide among several high-profile conservative media figures. Trump has recently criticized several prominent commentators. This includes some who were once considered allies, creating fresh fractures within the movement.
