A new crop of strangers are gearing up to meet their forever person. Married at First Sight Season 20 is coming soon with more couples, chemistry and chaos. Those are among the things fans can expect following the release of the new trailer.
A record-breaking seven couples will be on Season 20, hoping that their marriage is built to last. After tying the knot, the couples will spend weeks together and eventually decide whether they want to stay married.
Nick Uhlenhuth from The Circle will star in MAFS Season 20 on Peacock
There will be one familiar face for reality TV fans on the upcoming season of MAFS. Nick Uhlenhuth placed fifth on Season 3 of The Circle while also featuring on Perfect Match. He and Lauren Chamblin broke up shortly after appearing on that show. Nick hopes MAFS will be the place where he finally meets his soulmate.
Based on the Peacock trailer, there is a lot of excitement and anxiety among the new cast. “I’m ready for my husband, I’m so ready,” says BelleJolie. Meanwhile, Courteney admits that “the kind of guys I pick are not the right ones.” As we fast-forward a little further into the trailer, tension builds between the couples. In one clip, Nikki asks Shawn to sleep on the couch, while another shows Devin calling Caitlin disrespectful.
Dr. Lisa Paz and dating expert Paul Brunson will join the show following the departures of Dr. Pepper Schwartz, Pastor Cal Roberson, and Dr. Pia Holec. Lisa has worked as a sex and marriage therapist for over two decades. Reality TV fans may recognize Paul, who previously worked on MAFS UK and Celebs Go Dating.
The new trailer promises to be just as dramatic and shocking as the previous one. Among the big reveals in the Season 19 trailer was that one bride was pregnant. Season 20 of MAFS premieres on July 12.
