Sources say King Charles remains focused on reconciliation
King Charles allegedly has his focus on the reconciliation between his two estranged sons, Prince Harry and Prince William. As reported by OK!, a source told them that “Charles has reached a point where he views the estrangement between William and Harry not simply as a family disagreement.” The person continued, “But as a source of genuine personal sadness.”
In the meantime, the insider further said to the news outlet that the King “is acutely conscious of how many years have already slipped by without any meaningful reconciliation.” The person then claimed that the monarch “worries that the longer the silence continues, the more entrenched the hurt and resentment become on both sides.”
Meanwhile, per the news outlet, the insider then explained that, “There is a real sense of urgency behind his desire to bring them together.” The person continued that King Charles “understands that neither man is likely to forget the grievances of the past overnight.” The source then said, “But he firmly believes there is still an opportunity to prevent the relationship from becoming permanently fractured.”
