“She needs the wisdom and experience that SJP has in spades,” a source told the outlet. The insider added that Markle may struggle to maintain a strong Hollywood profile without Parker’s level of guidance.
Parker built one of television’s most recognizable careers through her role as Carrie Bradshaw in “Sex and the City.” She spent nearly three decades connected to the character and remains one of the industry’s most recognizable stars.
Markle previously expressed admiration for the franchise. During a 2022 episode of her former podcast “Archetypes,” she described Carrie Bradshaw as “iconic” while speaking with author Candace Bushnell, who created the character.
