Prince William’s Issue With Prince Harry Isn’t What Everyone Thinks It Is — Expert

The issue that Prince William reportedly has with his younger brother, Prince Harry, is not what everyone believes it to be. For the Prince of Wales, it has allegedly not been about whether the Duke of Sussex is his family or not, it is about whether he can any longer trust him. The news came after Prince Harry’s recent trip to the UK.

Prince William finds it difficult to trust Prince Harry, claims expert

Prince William reportedly finds it quite tricky and hard to trust his younger brother, Prince Harry. As reported by Page Six, Kinsey Schofield, a royal expert, told them that the Prince of Wales “probably understands why his father did it,” while referring to King Charles’ recent reunion with his youngest son, the Duke of Sussex. The expert continued, “Even if he wouldn’t have done it himself.”

In the meantime, the royal expert further informed to the news outlet that Prince William “can appreciate” a father’s desire to “see his son and grandchildren.” Kinsey Schofield then explained, “While still believing that Harry has not earned his way back into the family’s confidence.” According to the expert, the “priority” of the Prince of Wales has been “protecting the institution he’ll one day inherit.”

Meanwhile, per the news outlet, the royal expert also told them that for Prince William, “In his mind, the issue has never been whether Harry is family.” Kinsey Schofield then said, “It’s whether Harry can be trusted.” The expert further explained, “One afternoon at Highgrove doesn’t answer that question.” She continued, “King Charles can afford to think about legacy.” The expert also added, “Prince William has to think about longevity.”

In the meantime, according to the news outlet, Kinsey Schofield believes that the reported reunion between King Charles and Prince Harry, his wife, Meghan Markle, and their kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, at Highgrove House, “doesn’t erase the past.” The royal expert claimed, “A father can forgive. A monarch still has to protect the Crown.” “One meeting is easy. Rebuilding trust is extraordinarily difficult,” the expert also added.
