Prince Harry Proved His ‘Arrogance’ With Legal Case Against Daily Mail — Expert

Prince Harry received backlash after losing a legal case against the Daily Mail. According to an expert, he didn’t provide enough information and evidence to the U.K. court. It allegedly proved how “arrogant” he had been, which resulted in his loss. For those unversed, the Duke of Sussex was among a few high-profile claimants who sued Associated Newspapers in 2022. Harry particularly dragged the aforementioned publication for reports from 20 years ago. He accused journalists of using illegal means to grab information about his personal life.

Prince Harry lost a legal case against the Daily Mail and would reportedly “pay a price.” Legal and news expert Megyn Kelly discussed the situation on her podcast with journalist Rob Shuter. According to them, the Duke of Sussex was “arrogant” for ignoring the court’s request to provide sufficient evidence to support his claims.

Previously, Harry had accused the publication, owned by Associated Newspapers, of publishing every negative article about his personal life. According to him, their journalists grabbed information through illegal means. After a long battle, the judge dismissed his claims for lack of evidence.

On “The Megyn Kelly Show,” the host and Shuter discussed how the losing team has to pay a whopping sum. “This was a total waste of time. And now it looks, thankfully, as if someone’s going to have to pay a price and that person’s going to be Harry,” Shuter claimed.

They seemed to blame Meghan Markle’s husband for not being held “accountable.” They believed that Harry had allegedly accused the media of Princess Diana’s death and “everything bad that’s ever happened to him.” Additionally, his Oprah Winfrey interview and his “Spare” biography suggested that the duke blamed the royal family for mistreating him and his wife.

Meanwhile, an earlier report quoted the late Diana’s friend. They claimed that the princess would never have supported her second son for this move.
