Recently, it was reported that Buckingham Palace has reversed its decision for Harry to stay during his U.K. visit. Afterwards, the Duke of Sussex’s spokesperson issued a statement expressing “disappointment” at the rejection. As per a source, the king is upset at his outburst, and there has been a “growing sense that Meghan’s way of handling things” has likely impacted her husband’s recent behavior.
Insiders say Meghan Markle’s approach has rubbed off on Prince Harry
According to Closer Online, King Charles is disappointed with Prince Harry’s recent approach, which can be a result of Meghan Markle‘s influence. A source told the outlet that the prince appearing to make his matters with the palace public and “throwing his toys out if the pram” is seen as selfish behavior. Moreover, the insider claimed that the Duke of Sussex’s apparently “endless demands” are testing his father’s patience.
“Everything that has happened the last couple of weeks is being seen by most people around Charles,” the insider said. They are viewing this as “more proof that Harry thinks the world revolves around him and his wife.” The insider claimed the monarch “has been incredibly understanding.” However, the Duke of Sussex “is pushing his luck and taking his father’s patience for granted.”
This is “not even about the security issue” but “extra demands, the constant briefings and this feeling that Harry expects everyone to dance to his tune.” Additionally, it has been speculated that Markle’s “way of handling things has rubbed off on him.” As such, Harry has “become convinced everything has to happen on his terms.”

An insider told Heat World, “Charles has gone above and beyond to make this visit happen, but nobody should mistake that for blind trust.” The insider added, “The reality is that he’s taking a huge chance and he knows it.” Charles further clarified to his youngest son “that there cannot be any drama or any hint that this trip is being used for personal gain. If he sees any cameras or gets a whiff of troublemaking that will be the end of things.”
