Sidney Starr, whose real name is Sidney Favors, was arrested in Hapeville in connection with allegations of sexual assault involving a minor. The Love & Hip Hop alum has been charged with multiple felonies, including aggravated child molestation, sodomy, and sexual battery against a child under 16.

The 37-year-old reality star was arrested at an Embassy Suites near Atlanta on August 2. The Hapeville Police Department said the alleged incident happened at the Embassy Suites on the 3400 block of International Boulevard, reports Complex.
Authorities transported Starr to the Fulton County Jail after the arrest, and they remained in custody as the investigation continued. However, authorities disclosed few details about the alleged incident at the hotel and the circumstances surrounding Starr’s arrest. The Hapeville Police Department stated, “Because this case involves a juvenile, no additional information will be released from our agency.”
TMZ reported that Starr is “accused of confessing to performing oral sex on a minor.” Starr, a transgender model, became widely known after falsely alleging to have a sexual relationship with rapper Chingy.
Over the years, Starr has remained active on Instagram, regularly sharing updates about her life and fashion with her followers. She has appeared on several television programs, including Baddies ATL, Star, and Empire. The TV personality was also featured in Season 9 of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop: New York, which followed the efforts to break into the music industry. She later became the first transgender woman to appear on Wild ‘N Out.
