Kourtney Kardashian’s former nanny, Leah Barrs, has addressed the speculation surrounding rumors that she had a hookup with Travis Barker. The 31-year-old pushed back against the assumption that the story involved Kourtney’s husband, saying, “Oh, my gosh, no.”

On the August 4 episode of Harry Jowsey’s Boyfriend Material podcast, Barrs set the record straight. She said, as quoted by Us Weekly, “No. This is when I first moved to Los Angeles. I was 22. So that is why it’s so crazy, [since] I am now 31.”
Barrs explained that the person involved was single at the time and was someone she considered “a friend.” However, she acknowledged that the situation crossed a line, as she was working for him at the time. She emphasized that she has changed since then, adding that the man is now happily married and that the matter should be put to rest.
The speculation began following Barrs’ appearance on Season 1 of Hulu’s Million Dollar Nannies. Barrs revealed that she had an intimate relationship with a client but did not disclose the person’s identity. She spent three years working full-time as a family assistant with Kardashian Jenner Communications, starting in March 2019, reports The Sun.
During her time with the family, Barrs primarily looked after Kourtney’s three children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign, whom she shares with Scott Disick. She left the position in April 2022, before the birth of Kourtney’s youngest son, Rocky, whom she shares with husband Travis Barker.
She briefly reflected on her time working for Kourtney during the podcast episode. However, she avoided sharing specific details about the family. When asked whether Kourtney was “the best,” she responded, “Yeah … well, sorry, I can’t really talk about them.”
