Christmas sang Frank Sinatra’s “My Way” before performing “Tomorrow” from “Annie.” Both songs deal with perseverance and overcoming adversity, giving her set an emotional quality that apparently resonated with Harry.
There was also a lighter moment before the performance ended. Christmas joked about having met King Charles and told the audience, “Sorry he couldn’t make it. He sent me instead.” She later admitted that she tends to say “such silly things” when she gets nervous, but said Harry laughed at the remark.

Christmas later appeared to look back on the exchange with some disbelief. Sharing a photo of the pair on Instagram, the singer called the encounter “an absolute pinch me moment” and wrote that Harry is “the most loveliest soul.”
The moment came during a major event for the David Foster Foundation. Harry and Markle were there to support the charity, which helps Canadian families facing expenses when children undergo organ transplants. The foundation’s 40th anniversary celebration reportedly raised CA$14.5 million over two nights.
