Donald Trump Endorser Joe Rogan Calls Out President’s Crypto Investments

Joe Rogan once backed Donald Trump, but his latest comments show that support has limits. The podcaster has now questioned the money surrounding the president’s crypto ventures. He also highlighted his family’s expanding business interests, raising eyebrows among Trump’s own supporters.

Joe Rogan criticized the Donald Trump family’s crypto billions after endorsing him in the 2024 election

In a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, Joe Rogan remarked on Trump’s crypto activity, calling it “nuts”. He said, “Trump has made billions in crypto.” He also pointed to Trump’s sons and their involvement in cryptocurrency businesses. He argued, “There’s a lot of money flowing around,” deserving serious scrutiny.

The criticism stands out because Rogan endorsed Trump during the 2024 presidential election and has remained a prominent voice among his supporters. This time, however, he questioned whether the president’s political influence and family business interests have become too closely connected. Rogan described the crypto activity as “shady as f***” while acknowledging that it remains legal.

The scale of Trump’s crypto business is a big reason the debate has heated up. Newsweek says records indicate his digital-asset ventures, from the meme coin to other projects, have generated about $1.4 billion in profits. The White House says there is no issue with how those holdings are managed. Deputy press secretary Anna Kelly said independent financial institutions control the assets through fully discretionary accounts.

Rogan also aimed at a separate Trump-linked controversy involving Truth Social. He questioned a reported service offering early access to posts from Trump and other administration officials for as much as $100,000 per month. “Who’s telling him this is a good idea?” Rogan asked, later calling the price for early tweets “literally crazy.”

The broader debate centers on whether Trump’s business interests create conflicts while he shapes policies affecting industries tied to his family. Florida Atlantic University political professor Craig Agranoff told Newsweek that Rogan’s remarks could resonate with younger male listeners who supported Trump, even if they are “unlikely” to split the broader conservative coalition.
