Gracie Abrams praised Taylor Swift and called her Eras Tour a ‘masterclass’ after feud speculation
Gracie Abrams, who appeared on the latest episode of Therapuss with Jake Shane, shuts down rumors of bad blood with Taylor Swift.
She praised Swift and described her experience with her on the Eras Tour in 2023 and 2024, a “masterclass.”
Abrams said, “You get to watch this titan of the industry, top down, make the experience for every single person who ever attended, every single person who works to make it happen, the best version of the experience that it could be.”
Abrams added that the tour had “summer camp vibes” and that she learned from Swift on a personal level.
“I learned on a personal level that the show always goes on no matter what. You would never know if she was sick. You would never know if her heart was aching. She’s just giving it everything and doing it with grace and warmth,” said Abrams.
She further praised the Grammy-winning singer, calling her “fiercely brilliant.” She added, “
Fans had previously speculated that Abrams had a rift with Taylor Swift. The rumors intensified when she shared a carousel on Instagram including a dress she wore at Swift’s wedding and an image of Swift’s ex, Joe Alwyn.
Fans also speculated that Abrams’ song “Death Wish” was about her alleged feud with Swift. Aaron Dessner, who worked with both Swift and Abrams, cleared the air about the track “Death Wish.” According to OK! Magazine, he said, “It was written at a time when [Abrams] was writing about a friend’s ex, being in a bad relationship.”
However, Abrams’ recent remarks about Swift appear to have eased speculation about an alleged rift between the two singers.
