She faced away from the camera and lifted her arms above her head. “I ❤️ my breastfeeding body,” Kardashian Barker wrote across the photo.
Kardashian Barker welcomed her youngest child, son Rocky Thirteen, with husband Travis Barker in November 2023. She also shares three older children, Mason, 16, Penelope, 14, and Reign, 11, with ex Scott Disick. The star has previously pushed back against comments about her body. In August 2025, a follower speculated that she was pregnant again after seeing one of her vacation photos.
“RUMORS HAVE IT THAT YOURE PREGNANT KOURTNEY,” the person wrote. Kardashian Barker responded with humor. “Eating pancakes and jumping off cliffs,” she wrote. She later addressed another pregnancy comment on a vacation post. A follower claimed that her bikini reflection suggested she was pregnant. “Or breastfeeding, eating gelato, focaccia, pasta, not working out and living my best damn life baby,” Kardashian Barker replied.
