As per the late actor, Charles didn’t know much about his career, for he asked if he had been on television. However, the late Princess of Wales had no trouble recognizing Curry.
The Charlie’s Angels star confessed he was surprised that Diana was familiar with his work. He asked her: “I don’t suppose you saw it.” The late Princess showed off her wit and quick sense of humor, stating: “Of course I did. It quite completed my education.” The resurfaced story also prompted reactions from fans, with one commenter joking that the anecdote “should’ve made an appearance in The Crown.” Another praised Diana as “a real one.”
Interestingly, this isn’t the first time the Annie star dished about his encounter with Princess Diana.
