Hailey Bieber tells Vogue she wants to take ‘a kid at a time’
Fans of Hailey and Justin Bieber have yet another reason to rejoice as the model recently shared her plans for having more kids with the singer. In her Vogue Summer cover interview, she talked about her pregnancy and postpartum journey at length. The model told the magazine that she would like to have one or potentially more babies with her husband.
Hailey admitted that she plans to take her pregnancy journey “a kid at a time.” She explained how childbirth enabled her partner to see her as a “god” or “superhero.” Meanwhile, Justin also shared his views on welcoming their son and said, “I’m walking in the days I always dreamed of.”
Hailey told Vogue that she spent a few months preparing for her baby’s arrival, including taking on breathing exercises, yoga, and more. Although she felt stronger physically, the socialite recalled how giving birth was an entirely different story. She shared how doctors induced her labor after she leaked amniotic fluid at 39 weeks. It was after a grueling 18 hours that Jack Blues was born.
In addition to that, Hailey Bieber talked about suffering from “scary” postpartum hemorrhage, which, if her doctor hadn’t treated it properly, could have been detrimental to her life. She also recalled the distressed waiting period during this treatment before she could hold her son. The model then opened up about her struggles with postpartum body dysmorphia but shared how she learnt to give herself grace and time to heal.
