Alix Earle is ready to rumba! The influencer was named as the second contestant for Season 34 of Dancing with the Stars. The Sports Illustrated model is eager to do more than just dance in the ballroom. Alix has some big plans as a longtime DWTS fan.
Alix Earle will give DWTS fans the “inside scoop” on Season 34
Good Morning America revealed that Alix is joining conservationist Robert Irwin on the Season 34 cast. Robert’s sister, Bindi Irwin, won the Mirrorball during season 21 of DWTS. Will Robert slay in the ballroom, too?
Meanwhile, Alix, who is also a podcaster, is promising to give DWTS fans a little bit more than the average contestant. She has “always been a fan” of the dance competition, so it wasn’t a hard decision for her.
“I’m ready to challenge myself, I think it’s gonna be a lot of fun, so it was a very obvious answer to say yes,” she told GMA hosts Michael Strahan and Lara Spencer.
As for her dance background? “I danced when I was little until my sophomore year of high school,” Alix stated. However, the influencer has “never done ballroom dancing or dancing with a partner before, so that’s gonna be a whole new venture for me. [I’m] excited to get back in there and get training.”
But she is also thrilled to discover what is going on behind the scenes. “As someone who was glued to the TV last year with Dancing with the Stars and on social media, I’m like, give me the drama, what’s the tea, who’s dating, I wanna know. So I’m excited to see it in real life and be able to share it,” she said. “I’ll be the inside scoop.” I’m here for it!

Dancing with the Stars Season 34 is expected to premiere sometime in fall 2025.
