The women on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives aren’t the only ones having fun. While the wives are scheming and plotting against each other, the husbands are bonding behind the scenes.
In Season 1, a friend mentioned that Whitney Leavitt’s husband “was confused sexually,” feuling speculation about his sexuality. Meanwhile, some fans think both Whitney and Jen Affleck could be in lavender marriages.
In light of rumors swirling around them, Zac Affleck and Conner Leavitt poked fun at the situation with a playful TikTok video.

“When the marriage rumors finally get to you but you have each others backs,” reads the text over the video.
Beginning with Zac winding up to punch a wall in frustration, Halsey’s “Without Me” plays in the background. “Tell me how it feels,” she sings.
As the next line plays, “sitting up there,” the clip suddenly shows Conner pinned against the wall with his legs over Zac’s shoulders, blocking his fist from punching the wall.
“Welcome to the Tok brother,” Zac wrote, adding the hashtags “#bromance” and “#dadtok.”
For their part, Whitney and Conner have repeatedly denied the rumors about Conner’s sexuality.
“I have family, I have Conner, and we know what’s real,” Whitney told People in May 2025. “So, I can go to sleep at night knowing that I’m with the love of my life, my best friend … What else really matters? These people don’t really know who we are.”
In the meantime, Zac and Jen have been open about their marital struggles on the show. They even briefly separated in 2024, just prior to filming Season 2. Even though exposing their marital issues on TV was difficult, Jen now says Mormon Wives was “probably the best thing to happen to us.”
Throughout their ups and downs, Jen shared that Zac has “always supported and believed in me more than anyone else.”
