Bethenny Frankel has never been one to keep her opinions to herself. And when it came to Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding invitation, she just couldn’t keep it in. She eviscerated the wedding invitation of their $50 million wedding in Venice even though she claimed to be “treading lightly.”
And if you know Bethenny, she is never one to “tread lightly.” In fact, Harry Hamiln would know all about her not holding back. She also eviscerated his pasta sauce on her social media and she didn’t hold back. Looks like Jeff and Lauren got off easy.

“Okay, I’ve been diplomatic about the wedding and I happen to love and I also adore Amazon, so I am treading lighting,” Bethenny shared in a TikTok video.
“But you know me and you know I have a difficult time holding back when I have an opinion,” she explained.
And that’s when she brought up the invitation. She admitted to being diplomatic about the wedding but the invitation is where she “got lost.” For reference, the couple’s wedding invitation was relatively plain but decorated with drawings of butterflies, birds, shooting stars, feathers, and different Venetian staples like gondolas, canals, and a bridge.
It was a lot. And no amount of donations to charitable Venetian institutions could make it look good, at least for Bethenny.
“The invitation, you lost me,” Bethenny said. “And as a result, for the people, I’m going to start dating so I can eventually get married and have a wedding. And make up for that invitation because that invitation? I couldn’t stay silent.”
The Real Housewives of New York alum joked further that she was doing “the lord’s work” by highlighting and talking about the couple’s questionable stationary choices.
“If it means I take a couple of hits, I get dinged up and bruised and I get into trouble, but the invitation is where you lost me,” she reiterated.
Many of her followers agreed with her in the comments. And while she is just being honest, she is right to be careful considering Charlize Theron’s dig at the couple’s wedding earned her a ban from all Jeff’s future events. Not that she cares though.
