It’s no secret that Larsa Pippen has a thing for men in basketball. Her first husband was NBA legend Scottie Pippen. After they got divorced she got into an on-and-off relationship with Michael Jordan’s son Marcus Jordan for several years.
Her current boyfriend? You guessed it: a basketball player! Specifically she has been seeing professional baller Jeff Coby. The point is, the Real Housewives of Miami star has a long history of getting with basketball players. But, according to her, she’s also been attracted to men on the other side of the court.
RHOM’s Larsa and boyfriend Jeff Coby are going strong
Larsa was a recent guest on Angela Yee’s Lip Service podcast. It was during the segment that she revealed she used to be in a relationship with a high profile basketball coach.
“I dated a guy that was 47 years old, before I dated [boyfriend] Jeff [Coby], and he was so immature,” she revealed in the July 1 episode.
The reality TV star also admitted that age was a big factor in this short-lived romance. After all, both Jeff and Marcus are over 10 years her junior and she’s gotten public scrutiny for dating much younger men.
“When I broke up with him, I said to him, ‘There’s a reason I dated you,’ and he was like,’ Why?’ And I was like, ‘Just to prove that age is nothing but a number, I’ll never date anyone like you again.’”
She hasn’t name dropped exactly who this mystery man is. Either way, it’s safe to say that she isn’t going to go back to him. Larsa is completely smitten with her beau Jeff. In fact, after only a few months together, they are already talking about engagement rings.
